Powdered Fusible - Sprinkle the powder on to your background and place fibres, sheer fabrics or anything in place and iron, using an applique mat or baking paper.  Perfect for Angelina fibre or any project where you want to bond to small areas. 

If you want to create a pattern or have more control of where the powder is placed, wet your base with a paintbrush or sponge, shake the powder over the surface to apply.  The powder will be held by the water, shake off the excess.  You will then only have bonding powder where you want it.

Fantastic stuff.  Washable, does not significantly stiffen your fabric and is even transparent on sheers.
